Do I Have To Provide My Own Lock?

Red Roof Storage operates on the premise that your lock should protect your belongings. That way, you maintain the control over who has access into your unit. However, as an added convenience, we do have high quality security locks available for purchase in the Red Roof Office.

How Long Do I Have To Rent My Unit?

At the time you Lease a Unit at Red Roof Storage you enter into a Month-to-Month Agreement. That means you only pay for the months you need. If you only need the Unit from the time you move in till the end of the same month, that’s okay. If you need to rent from now till the end of time, that’s okay, too.

How Do I Pay For My Unit?

You may walk-in, call-in or mail-in your payment. We accept Mastercard and Visa (debit or credit); money orders or personal checks made out to: Red Roof Storage; and we still accept cash. We offer the convenience of automatic payment options as well. Please, ask our Office Manager for details.

What About Insurance?

Insurance is the personal responsibility of each Tenant. Red Roof Storage is not licensed to sell Insurance nor does our Insurance provide any additional coverage for the contents of any of the Units we have rented. Many Homeowners’ policies or Renter’s Insurance may provide you with insurance coverage on your stored items. We do provide a brochure with information on how to obtain your own coverage outside of the options mentioned.

Is The Security Deposit Refundable?

Yes! All we ask is that you give us some Advanced Verbal or Written Notice, preferably 7 days or more, and that you leave the Unit(s) swept out and clean. Also, make sure we have your current valid address so we can mail you your check.

Do you offer a Military Discount?

Yes! At Red Roof Storage, we deeply value the sacrifices and service of our military personnel. To show our appreciation, we're thrilled to offer an exclusive 20% military discount.
